This position provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight of community support service delivery, staff and the person-centered plans for a community support unit. This position is responsible for assuring that consumers assigned to the unit receive the services and interventions in their person-centered plans.

Exceptional Children's Teacher •Part-time positions available at Alamance-Caswell Program. •Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Part Time EC Teacher to work with middle school age youth in a day treatment program. EC Teacher will work one on one or in small groups with youth who cannot be in school due to their mental health diagnoses/behaviors. Provides individualized educational services in coordination with the base school. Assists in transition planning and implementation back to school setting. EC Teacher works Monday-Friday 3 hours per day. Intensive In-Home Services Team Leader •Full-time positions available at Davie Program, Wilkes Program, Stokes Program, and Person County Program. •Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Full-time position encompasses providing intensive in-home services to child & adolescents and their family, overseeing the Person Centered planning process for consumers, including designing interventions and strategies for other team members. Will be responsible for supervising other intensive in-home team members; oversee and manage authorizations, assist with determining medical necessity, assist teams in discharge planning and participate in a multi-regional collaborative as needed to troubleshoot implementation challenges; implement and maintain processes for efficient and sound reporting, filing, and management of service delivery and supervision. Additional duties will be assigned as program needs change.
