Community Support Team Leaders
•Full-time positions available at Wilkes Program, Halifax Program, and Henderson Program .

This position provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight of community support service delivery, staff and the person-centered plans for a community support unit. This position is responsible for assuring that consumers assigned to the unit receive the services and interventions in their person-centered plans.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must have one year of adult mental health experience.;
• Strong organizational, presentation, leadership, communication and documentation skills are required.;
• Adherence and knowledge of NASW Code of Ethics and Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition defined disorders required. ;
• Knowledge of NC State Plan for MH/DD/SA services is essential.;
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook. ;
• A current driver’s license is required. ;

•Part-time positions available at Alamance-Caswell Program.
•Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Part Time EC Teacher to work with middle school age youth in a day treatment program. EC Teacher will work one on one or in small groups with youth who cannot be in school due to their mental health diagnoses/behaviors. Provides individualized educational services in coordination with the base school. Assists in transition planning and implementation back to school setting. EC Teacher works Monday-Friday 3 hours per day.
Minimum Requirements:
• NC Exceptional Children’s Teacher Certification, NC Drivers License, experience in classroom with youth with mental health issues. Middle school-age teaching experience preferable.; |

•Full-time positions available at Davie Program, Wilkes Program, Stokes Program, and Person County Program.
•Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Full-time position encompasses providing intensive in-home services to child & adolescents and their family, overseeing the Person Centered planning process for consumers, including designing interventions and strategies for other team members. Will be responsible for supervising other intensive in-home team members; oversee and manage authorizations, assist with determining medical necessity, assist teams in discharge planning and participate in a multi-regional collaborative as needed to troubleshoot implementation challenges; implement and maintain processes for efficient and sound reporting, filing, and management of service delivery and supervision. Additional duties will be assigned as program needs change.

• Two years of family preservation or family counseling experience preferred. ;

•Spanish/English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Under the direction of the licensed team leader, the specialist works to prevent out-of-home placement or to successfully transition the child back into the family's home. By using individual or family focused interventions, community resources, and parenting-skills training, services will promote child-family connectivity.
Minimum Requirements:
• BS/A in Human Services field + 2 years full-time post-bachelor MH/DD/SA experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ 2 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drub abuse counseling.
OR;
• BS/A in non-Human Services field + 4 years full-time post-bachelor MH/DD/SA experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/ 4 years full-time post-bachelor supervised experience in alcoholism and drub abuse counseling.
OR;
• MS/A in Human Services field + 1 year full-time post-graduate MH/DD/SA experience OR Substance Abuse Professional w/1 year full-time post graduate supervised experience in alcoholism and drub abuse counseling; |

Will consider board eligible or provisional license with experience. Majority of services may be delivered in the community. Forsyth preference for ACTT and clinic. Wake preference for part time. Opening in Vance Program as well.
