Triumph, LCC strives to empower the individuals and families with whom we work. Our goal is to help children, families and adults to develop effective coping strategies and draw on both their previously untapped or under-used personal and familial strengths.
Triumph, LLC was established in 1999 in Durham, North Carolina. Our goal has always been to create services that address the unmet needs of our communities for high quality, community-based treatment services. We continue to move forward in a stable and progressive fashion. While we are not immune to the stressors which are present while providing services in very difficult economic times, we possess the human and fiscal resources to weather the storms that are impacting mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services. There will be service providers that will not survive the major change in services mandated by our legislature in the next few months. Recent history speaks to our ability to turn times of drastic change into opportunities for growth, development, and success. These core values have led us to be one of North Carolina’s top providers. Even in these tough times you can rely on Triumph to be here serving our community with the most professional care possible.
Triumph, LCC has expanded its service spectrum of nationally accredited community-based care to include evidence-based practices such as The Seven Challenges, Functional Family Therapy, and Wellness Management and Recovery. Triumph, LCC uses a structured person-centered plan to recovery, also known as Course of Recovery Enhancements (CORE). CORE activities assist individuals in building skills to cope with their mental illness and live productively in their communities. In April of 2009, our 500+ employees, serving 17 counties, celebrated the 10th anniversary of Triumph, marking Triumph’s continued contributions to the welfare of North Carolina citizens. We are and will be here! And we want to help.
