Triumph is a North Carolina human services provider. Triumph was established in 1999 in Durham, North Carolina. Our goal was and is to create services that address the previously unmet needs of the community for quality, community-based treatment services.
We offer Outpatient Therapy, Intensive Community Based Services, Case Management , Psychological and Psychiatric care. Triumph provides these services in several counties within North Carolina.
