Western
Division Director
Fulltime Position available.
Triumph is recruiting candidates for the position
of Western Division Director. Candidate will supervise the operations
of five to seven programs within Triumph. A program consists is a business
unit that may consists of a single county or multiple counties. Currently,
there are four Triumph programs in the west, totaling seven counties.
These programs are: Forsyth, Davie, Stokes, Crossroads/New River (consisting
of Surry, Yadkin, Iredell, and Wilkes counties).
The
Western programs provide mental health services to approximately 4000
consumers. These programs employ approximately 150 full-time individuals
including Community Support Specialists (Paraprofessionals, Professionals
and Managers), Outpatient Therapists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Medical
records personnel, and Administrative and Clerical support staff. Each
program is headed by a Program Director, who will report to the Western
Division Director.
The
Western Division Director will report to the CEO of Triumph and must
live in reasonable proximity to the counties listed above. The Western
Division Director will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision
for the following areas:
- Assuring appropriate staffing and personnel
management by the Program Directors;
- Provision of high quality community-based mental
health services;
- Ensuring the fiscal viability and profitability
of the business units;
- Management Systems oversight;
- Performance Management;
- Developing new services within the parameters
of local needs/expectations and funding limits;
- Assessing and developing community service
capacity;
- Prioritizing of resources and assignments;
- Productivity of all direct service staff;
- Contract Compliance and implementation of services
to meet the needs and expectations of the Local; Management
Entities (LMEs) with whom we work.

In
effect, the Western Division Director is the Chief Operating Officer
of the Western part of North Carolina for this rapidly growing, for-profit
mental health provider. Travel will be involved among the business units
on a routine basis, and the hours of work will vary as the needs of
the business units may change dramatically from day to day. There will
also be periodic travels to the Raleigh area for corporate meetings
and planning. This position is salaried with a significant bonus as
part of the compensation package. The bonus will be dependent on the
clinical and fiscal performance of the business units that are supervised
by the Western Division Director. There is a comparable position in
the Eastern part of North Carolina and the Eastern Division Director
will work cooperatively with their Western counterpart to continue to
